This year our rosé is made from the juice of Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir and Dornfelder grapes. A bit firmer in structure and taste, with enough red fruit such as strawberries and raspberry and with the refreshing acidity a delicious wine to cool off with in the summer heat. Delicious with salads, grilled fish, light pastas and rice dishes.

The name of this blend does not refer to the sun for nothing. This smells and tastes like summer. Auxerrois, Müller-Thurgau and a little Pinot Gris together ensure that all kinds of things come together in your nose and mouth: stone fruit such as apricot and peach, flowers, citrus and that characteristic refreshing bitter of the Auxerrois at the end. The summer fruit stays nice and long, and the pleasant acidity makes it a great aperitif. No reason to rush the Autoroute du Soleil, with a box of O'Soleil you get the holiday feeling at home.
