On Wednesday 27 August at 6.30 pm you have the opportunity to explore the High Tech Campus with one of our trainers. Together we swim, cycle and walk over the course and we give tips and advice on how you can best prepare yourself for your race.
Order your running shirt from the event. Sizes are unisex.
Note: The parent/child series comes standard with 1 medal....

For this event, you will need your own velcro chip strap to attach the timing chip. Buy these now with a 25% discount (€5.95 instead of €7.95)! For the duo/trio races, 1 strap is sufficient.
As a participant you can have your bike serviced at reduced prices by our partner Cycle Trend. A major service will be € 160 instead of € 199 and a minor service € 80 instead of € 99. If you are interested, we will give your details to Cycle Trend. They will contact you to schedule the service.
With the Bikefit at our partner Cycle Trend, your position on your bike will be optimized so your performance can go to the next level. If you would like to schedule a Bikefit, we will provide your details to Cycle Trend. They will contact you to schedule the two-hour professional Retül bikefit. (€150,- instead of €200,-)

** This series of the 1/8 distance (the shortest distance) is especially designed for beginning triathletes. So you don't have to worry about fast athletes on the course; during your race you will only have other beginning triathletes around you!

 There are several ways how you can cancel the registration YOURSELF, these are all options:


ACTI+ CANCELLATION INSURANCE (you must purchase this when registering)
An accident or injury happened quickly, also for you! Cancellation is possible without ACTI+, but you will receive little or no money back.
With ACTI+ you can cancel free of charge up to 2 days before the event with 100% credit.
You must upload a doctor's certificate in your account.

STANDARD CANCELLATION OF THIS EVENT
If you want to unsubscribe without any reason, you can do so under the terms of this event
● If you cancel before June 1, 2025 you will receive 90% of your registration fee back.
● If you cancel before 1 JULY 2025, you will receive 80% of your registration fee back.
● If you unsubscribe before August 1, 2025 you will receive 70% of your registration fee back
● If you cancel from 1 AUGUST 2025, you will NOT receive a refund of the registration fee.

If you cancel from June 1, 2025, purchased materials, t-shirts, training sessions, training schedules, rental chips, etc. will not be refunded.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Because the corona risk is still current, there is a chance of cancellation. By us, by the security region or by causes that we cannot foresee. In that case, we cannot refund the NTB administration costs (incl. day license). In addition to the NTB, as an organization of the High Tech Triathlon, we withhold max. Eur 5 (Eur 10 per team) from the registration fee to cover the costs incurred by us. You will receive the rest of the registration fee (including the purchased materials, t-shirts, training sessions, etc.) from us or you can choose to postpone your participation to the next edition of the High Tech Triathlon
 You can change the registration yourself at any time!
